Fifi Vintage Cinema Seats - Myrtle and Mary X Unseen Icons

Original vintage cinema seats available as a single, double or triple set, which have been fully refurbished and reupholstered in ‘Fifi'  velvet by Myrtle & Mary.  The velvet is  soft and lovely to the touch.  The seats are piped and panelled in red velvet, by Linwood which makes the cherries pop on the seats. 

These seats are part of our ongoing collaboration with 'Myrtle and Mary'.  We worked with Myrtle & Mary's art director Carrie to have the designs resized to fit perfectly on our cinema seats.  Having been admirers of the Myrtle and Mary brand since it launched during lock down we are so proud to now being working with them and we absolutely love that each design has a story behind it.....

"By day Fifi Le Bon worked as a teacher of unruly teenager girls. At weekends she worked in the local library where she read contemporary philosophy on her lunch break. By night... Fifi lit up the room when she performed as a showgirl extraordinaire (and she loved to read trashy romance novels when no one was watching!"

Our vintage cinema seats are perfect as hallway seating as they are narrow and don't take up too much room, they are also a perfect statement piece of furniture.  It is so lovely to be able to mix vintage items in contemporary spaces, a great way to make your personality show in your home.  Cinema seats also make great occasional seating in lounges and bedrooms, or to place in an alcove as a cosy reading nook, the possibilities are endless.

Refurbishment includes;

* All metal work professionally shot blasted and powder coated.
* Woodwork fully stripped of all old varnish and stain.
* Wood professionally stained and varnished
* All old upholstery stripped and replaced with new.  

The seats are mounted onto wood plinths to stabilise them, and it is not usually necessary to fix to the floor but there are holes in the feet if you wanted to do that.

Single Seat - Width 60cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Double Seats - Width 115cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Triple Seats - 175cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Height 81cm (including plinths)

Depth 60cm when open, approx 50cm with seats closed

Refurbished but they retain some dings and dents, they have lived a life and have a story to tell but we think that is the beauty of buying vintage items, each one is unique!
