We are unable to accept returns on bespoke items of furniture unless faulty
In the event of an item arriving faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will work with you to rectify the issues.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them carefully and for your protection we recommend you send them recorded delivery.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
