When Alison of 'Alison Morrish Creative' got in touch and asked if we'd like to collaborate, we were only too happy to say yes. Alison's designs are bold and colourful and we used 'Folk Fabulous' and 'Mermaids Tail' which are part of her 'Embroidery Luxe' collection. These fabrics mirror the beauty of embroidery while upholding the durability and functionality of traditional upholstery velvet. We chose to panel and pipe the seats in a beautiful zingy yellow velvet.

Alison Morrish has been featured on 'Make It At Market' on the BBC1. Presented by Dom Chinea, working with a team of business and craft experts to help a group of budding entrepreneurs make a living from their craft.

These are original vintage seats, which are fully refurbished and reupholstered.

The refurbishment includes;

Metal legs professionally shot blasted & powder coated
All wood fully stripped and professionally stained and varnished
All internal upholstery has been replaced
Upholstered in 100% polyester velvet
Seats mounted onto a solid wood plinth

Dimensions;

Single Seat - Width 60cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Double Seats - Width 115cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Triple Seats - 175cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Height 81cm (including plinths)

Depth 60cm when open, approx 50cm with seats closed

Refurbished but they retain some dings and dent s, they have lived a life and have a story to tell but we think that is the beauty of buying vintage items, each one is unique!
