Lava Flame Vintage Cinema Seat With Side Table

A stunning original vintage cinema seat  fully refurbished and reupholstered in ‘Lava Flame’ velvet by Mallion and Knowles.  The velvet is 100% polyester and is super soft to the touch but is hard wearing.   The seat came out of a cinema where it had been used as a Bingo hall and they had added small side tables.  When we purchased the seats we replaced the table top with new wood but kept the size and shape the same.

Fabric

The Inspiration for the Lava design was a rock face in a Welsh cave entrance that had rust and slate patina embedded in it. The soft luxuriant velvet really enhances the colour and depth in the design.

The refurbishment includes;

• Metal legs professionally shot blasted & powder coated
• All wood fully stripped and professionally stained and varnished
• All internal upholstery has been replaced
• Upholstered in 100% polyester velvet
• Seats mounted onto a solid wood plinth

Single Seat With Table  - Width 90cm (at widest point which is the plinth)

Height 81cm (including plinths)

Depth 60cm when open, approx 50cm with seats closed

Condition;

Refurbished but they retain some dings and dents, they have lived a life and have a story to tell but we think that is the beauty of buying vintage items, each one is unique!
